Reverse Brain Drain...

REVERSE BRAIN DRAIN

Completing 64years of independence this 15th august 2010, has India really became independent? What do you think belonging to an Indian citizen?
Let me make myself clear in this particular sentence that next month, I am going to U.S for my further studies. Are you interested? Of course, you are…!
From every single state of India, students like me, aspire to go abroad for further studies or jobs. Do we really think that India is not a hub for making our carrier bright? Then why don’t we choose to study in abroad since birth? Taking all the knowledge from our own nation itself, we apply it in other countries in sake of handsome amount of money and getting ourselves westernized. Taking all the knowledge from your own citizen and moving to another citizen for jobs or higher studies is broadly known as Brain Drain.
“DOOR KE DHOL SUHAAVNE”, is a very famous saying from one of the Indian writers. These days, it is the time for reverse Brain Drain. And believe me! I am happy to see this.
32,000 Indians returned from Britain due to recession and several other job hunters were rejected from several countries due to the same. And now, they are getting jobs here in India itself. Are they not satisfied with this? Trust me! They are…
Then, why don’t we just give a try firstly to our nation itself rather than making up our minds for abroad from the start.
Well, I must conclude by saying that reverse Brain Drain is happening just because of recession and one must think about our own nation’s per capita income. Under developing countries like Pakistan as well as developing countries like India, are the main migrants which move from one country to the other in search of jobs. Hence, the Brain Drain current is slowly reversing, which is a boon to a particular nation.
